Vision

Neutrality develops high-assurance virtualization technology to safeguard critical infrastructure. The company provides a geopolitically neutral, secure technical foundation for sectors where system integrity and operational continuity are mandatory. The mission is to ensure critical infrastructure operators can run performant software environments without compromising security or public safety.

Foundation & Funding

Headquartered in Switzerland, Neutrality is an independent company. To date, no private equity rounds have been raised. Early development was entirely funded through non-dilutive grants from Eurostars, Innosuisse, and the Migros Pioneer Fund. Recently, Neutrality was awarded a EUR 2.5 million grant from the EU’s EIC Accelerator as part of a EUR 10 million blended financing structure, which pairs the initial grant with a future matching equity component managed by the EIC Fund.

Intellectual Property

Neutrality’s technical innovations are protected by core architectural patents filed across key international markets. Additionally, a comprehensive Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis has been completed for the technology stack.
